Your Lactation Consultation Includes:

  • Collecting a health history

  • Physical assessment

  • Feeding evaluation

  • Customized plan

  • Detailed summary sent to you after the visit

  • Report sent to your health care providers

  • A short follow up phone call

*Telehealth consults may not be able to provide a complete assessment or evaluation for your feeding situation.

Before moving forward, please call or text to set up a time to chat. You can learn more about my services below, or click on the button.

STEP 2

Check to see if you are covered by the Lactation Network*. They require approval PRIOR to our first consultation. 

STEP 3

Start your chart! You will find a link to this chart on the Client Portal Page. You can get there by clicking the button below. 

Please refer to my Services Page for information on out of pocket consultation or travel fees.

Consultation

Our time together is customized for your needs. Please call to schedule your in-home consultation. (In-home consultations may be covered by The Lactation Network.)

 

Service Fee: 60 minutes/$100

*Most in-home visits are 90 minutes. Additional time billed in 30 minute increments. Twins/multiples need longer appointment times.

 

Travel Fees: (not covered by insurance)​

  • Within 14 mile radius of my office (no charge)

  • 15 to 24 miles ($25)

  • Over 24 miles, call for rates

For established clients, a phone call may be all you need to get questions answered or discuss feeding issues that do not require a physical exam or weight check. With these calls, summary notes are not provided to you or your health care provider. (Not covered by The Lactation Network.)
